As long as the dialogue and music are clear, I'm fine with it for now. And with the stereo format changimg ....so annoying. Though I know it may never happen, this issue NEEDS to be fixed." Maybe it was intended to have 5.1, and is just not working properly, I'm not sure. I didn't notice any of these in my current playthrough (it's really hard to just stumble upon these without knowing specifically which were enhanced), but seeing poor-looking character models in the Ill have sound for the rest of the time im playing. Only receiving 2.1 stereo.
This is a pretty stubborn company and we need to keep the pressure on if we hope to have the issue fixed. Final Fantasy X Hd No Sound Though I know it may never happen, this issue NEEDS to be fixed. If you have a digital copy, again, try reinstalling it . If it isn't supposed to do this there needs to be a patch to fix it. I haven't seen it try to play 5.1, although my receiver indicates all 5 speakers are active. this content Squenix messed up the audio. Let alone trying to figure out how the PS2 made it run fine is a mystery to me. If you have a digital copy, again, try reinstalling it . __________________ Credit to Ashbo82 for the avatar and banner.
It's a weird bug but either way you are only getting stereo sound. Not good enough. None of your beeswax Posts: 4,378 Awards Showcase Total Awards: 2 (more» ...) View My Profile Only had audio problems once. http://theresab.com/final-fantasy/final-fantasy-x-problem.html this game is unplayable.
Who are they? Cutscenes, for whatever reason, are still not skippable and there's no option to toggle between the old character models and the remastered ones. been trying to get it to wrk but nothing. *update* i have sound during cut scences but not during gameplay.....
The PS4 does have a slight graphical enhancement overall, but I really only noticed it because I was looking for it. If you want sound through all of your speakers, set your PS3 to only output PCM 2.1, and let your receiver convert it with Pro Logic II or DTS Neo like I have a physical copy and I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I really love FFX and would like to play it as soon as possible.
it skipped at the start of her sentence, then it was fine next sentence again. So again I dont know what to do here. I've checked the event viewer and sometimes there's some errors thrown by the launcher.Anyway, try setting the resolution in the laucher at the same resolution as your monitor... check over here This has a drastic affect in key aspects of the game.
But, if it is supposed to be playing in surround I'd like it to at some point. To check this, I started a fresh playthrough on both consoles on the same television and played them alongside each other. When it hits the first cut scene, it will actually play in full 5.1. I mean it's really bothersome because the PC here that I have is nearly top-notch so I mean it's kinda ridiculous how this game is dropping below 60 at all.

I have my PS3 set up for LPCM 5.1 and I do not receive surround sound this way either. A couple minutes into it I start to hear the audio lag tremendously at random intervals as well as Repeated words/phrases. I tried the game in it's normal disc form and ripped it to an iso and also tried many different sound/cpu/gpu options and plugins and none made this issue go away I've only played X HD so far, but there is a serious issue with the audio channels.
